We take care to make sure each Hamilton Holmes piece reaches you safely and in the way that makes the most sense for its size, destination and construction.

Pickup

Complimentary pickup is available from our workshop at 94 Vine Street, Hamilton, Ontario.

We’ll contact you when your piece is ready and arrange a convenient pickup time.

GTA Delivery

We offer $150 flat-rate delivery within the GTA for eligible furniture and objects.

Delivery is scheduled directly with you and is subject to availability. If a piece requires special handling, unusually difficult access or additional installation, we’ll confirm any additional requirements before delivery.

Delivery Outside the GTA

For destinations outside the GTA, we arrange bespoke delivery and shipping based on the piece, destination and safest method of transport.

You may complete your purchase online to secure the piece. We will then contact you by email or phone to review the available delivery options and provide a shipping quote before dispatch.

If the proposed delivery cost or arrangement is not suitable, your order may be fully refunded before the piece has been dispatched or production has begun.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Shipping and delivery for made-to-order and custom work are reviewed individually.

We’ll confirm delivery requirements with you before production or dispatch whenever possible. Because custom and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, cancellation and refund eligibility may change once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your piece is ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate delivery.

Please let us know in advance about stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, restricted loading areas or other access considerations that may affect delivery. Larger pieces may require additional people or specialized handling.

Receiving Your Piece

Please inspect your order when it arrives whenever possible.

If you notice any damage related to transportation, photograph the piece and its packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
