Hamilton Holmes creates one-of-a-kind furniture, purchased by clients in the Greater Toronto Area and around the world!
Each piece is one of a kind—designed in-house and handcrafted using the same time-tested techniques that define our cabinetry and millwork. These works are rooted in custom furniture design, made to be collected, commissioned, or cherished as heirlooms.
What We Build
Our one-of-a-kind pieces sit at the intersection of furniture and art, balancing refined utility with sculptural presence. Whether crafted for a specific space or designed as a creative exploration, each piece is built to last and made to be noticed.
Available as ready-to-ship pieces or through custom furniture commissions.

Our Approach
A seamless experience—designed to bring your vision to life with precision and artistry.
Each one-of-a-kind furniture piece begins with an idea—often driven by form, material, or a particular feeling.
Some works are developed independently as part of our creative practice, while others are designed in close collaboration with clients, architects, and interior designers.
All are handcrafted in our Hamilton studio using traditional joinery, premium hardwoods, and techniques honed through years of experience in custom furniture production.

About
Like its namesake: Atlas, the bearer of the heavens; this table is designed to hold more than weight. It carries the atmosphere of a room.
The Atlas Table is engineered for enduring flatness and built with knock-down joinery for effortless transport. Its silhouette draws from vintage 1970s furniture forms: decorative gabled ends, softened curves, and rounded edges that make the scale feel both architectural and welcoming.
The expressive grain and natural lightness of Douglas Fir give the table a luminous presence; warm, tactile, and quietly refined.
This piece comfortably seats large gatherings while preserving full legroom, thanks to its long, uninterrupted trestle structure. The top connects using traditional furniture buttons, a heritage method that allows the solid wood to expand and contract naturally over time.
Client Quote
“It’s a statement piece, beautiful and massive, but still warm and familiar. Everyone who sees it asks where we got it.”
